Cookie Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Mindcast Media uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage, on this website, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Local storage is a similar browser feature that stores data on your device until you clear it. Both let a site remember information between page loads. Some are set by us ("first party") and some by our service providers ("third party").
2. What we use, and why
Strictly necessary
- Security and integrity: used by our hosting provider to route requests, balance load and mitigate abuse.
- These cannot be switched off through the site because the site cannot function without them.
Functional: form drafts (local storage)
- Our Brand Inquiry and Creator Application forms auto-save your in-progress answers to your browser's local storage so a closed tab or refresh does not lose your work.
- This draft stays on your device and is not sent to us unless and until you submit the form.
- It persists until you submit, clear it, or clear your browser's site data for this domain.
Analytics
- Where enabled, aggregate analytics help us understand which sections people read and where the site underperforms.
- We configure analytics to minimise data collection and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Third-party content
Links to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn take you to services that set their own cookies once you arrive. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own policies.
4. How to control cookies and local storage
- Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site data, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Clearing site data for this domain also deletes any saved form draft.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: we honour Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
- Blocking some technologies may break parts of the site, including form auto-save.
5. Consent
Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it before setting them, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by contacting us.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as our tooling changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
